Effective Date: May 1, 2026 Last Updated: May 19, 2026

Welcome to the website of Unique Remedy ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of uniqueremedy.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Site

Our Site provides general information about the acupuncture services we offer, allows you to learn about our practice, and provides ways to contact us or schedule appointments. The Site is intended for residents of the United States and is not directed to individuals outside the United States.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to replace the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. Reading content on this Site does not create a patient-practitioner relationship between you and Unique Remedy or Dr. Nirali Patel.

You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content

  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, design, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Unique Remedy or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

"Unique Remedy" and our logo are trademarks of our practice. Other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments scheduled through the Site or third-party scheduling services (such as Acuity Scheduling) are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

Scheduling an appointment through our Site does not, by itself, create a patient-practitioner relationship. That relationship is established only at your first in-person visit when an intake is completed.

Booking an appointment also indicates your agreement to our Cancellation, No-Show, and Illness Policy, which is available on our Site.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. These links are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Unique Remedy, Dr. Nirali Patel, or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
