Cancellation & no-show policy
By booking an appointment with Unique Remedy — online or in person — you agree to the following policies.

Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, are charged the full price of the service booked. Arriving 15 or more minutes late is treated as a no-show.

If you're feeling unwell, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive showing signs of illness, you'll be asked to leave and the cancellation fee will apply. No exceptions.

frequent changes
If you book two or more appointments in a week, only one may be cancelled — even with 24+ hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or reschedules will result in a warning; a continued pattern may result in losing the ability to book with us.

Confirmation emails and reminders are a courtesy, not a guarantee. Missing an appointment because you didn't receive one still incurs the full no-show fee.
